In the project preparation phase we perform a strategic analysis of the product, product portfolio, technology or company – scientifically and commercially. We generate non-confidential and confidential documents to best position the opportunity. In addition, we develop a list of potential buyers.

We then establish contact to potential buyers, provide non-confidential information and follow up to confirm interest.

Based confirmed interest and signed confidentiality agreements, confidential information is provided and reviewed. After receipt of non-binding term sheets we support in the preparation of the due diligence process.

We actively manage the due diligence process to facilitate the receipt of confirmed term sheets.
